PRC02 SMI - Lagoa do Fogo Beach is a 11-km out-and-back trail in Água de Alto, Azores, Portugal. It's a moderately challenging route that takes around 3 hours and 35 minutes to complete. The trail starts with a steep climb but rewards you with beautiful views of the island's south coast, lush forests, and the stunning Lagoa do Fogo lake at the end. Keep an eye out for endemic flora and maybe even some territorial seagulls along the way. Don't forget your sturdy footwear for those muddy sections!
