This is a beautiful 2-km road between Loboc and the Chocolate Hills, lined with mahogany trees! They were planted by locals decades ago as a reforestation project.

It’s a quick photo stop on your way to or from the Hills.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Shady stretch of road that’s noticeably cooler than the open countryside.

  • Great spot for photos, but be mindful of cars and buses, it’s an active road.

  • Doesn’t take long to visit, just a quick stop on your way to other attractions.

  • Usually included in full-day countryside tours with the Chocolate Hills and Tarsier Sanctuary.

TO ACCESS

  • On the main road between Loboc and Carmen (Chocolate Hills).

  • About 40 mins from Tagbilaran or 1.5 hrs from Panglao.

  • No entry fee, it’s a roadside stop.
