Get ready for a true Icelandic adventure to Bláfjallafoss, a stunning waterfall tucked away in the Highlands. You'll need a proper 4x4 vehicle for this journey, as access is via the rugged F232 mountain road, which includes an exciting river crossing right at the top of the falls. If you don't have experience with river crossings, DO NOT attempt this.

The drive itself, through a remote, almost lunar landscape, is a huge part of the experience. Once you've navigated the ford, a small car park is available, and the waterfall is just a few steps away, offering incredible up-close views.
