Come and see one of the south coast's real gems, Fjallsárlón glacier lagoon. It's a bit more intimate than its famous neighbour, Jökulsárlón, which means you can often enjoy the incredible views in a more peaceful setting. You'll be mesmerized by the sight of icebergs breaking away from the massive Vatnajökull glacier and floating serenely in the water. It's just a short and easy walk from the car park to the lagoon's edge, where you can get right up close to these ancient blue and white ice sculptures.
