Welcome to the edge of Iceland! Here at Látrabjarg, you're standing on the westernmost point of Europe, with nothing but the vast Atlantic before you. The real magic, though, is the incredible birdlife. From late spring to early summer, these colossal cliffs are teeming with millions of seabirds, and you can get remarkably close to the famously tame puffins. There's a trail that runs along the clifftop, offering breathtaking views—you can walk for just a few minutes from the car park or hike for a couple of hours. Just be sure to tread carefully, as the cliff edges are fragile.
