Step off the vibrant Plaza de Mina and into the deep story of Cádiz, one of Europe's oldest cities. The Cadiz Museum takes you on a journey from its Phoenician origins and Roman grandeur, showcased by incredible artifacts like ancient sarcophagi, to the golden age of Spanish art with masterpieces by Zurbarán. It's a surprisingly rich collection housed in a beautiful old convent, offering a quiet and fascinating look into the city's layered past. Admission is free for EU citizens, with a small fee of €1.50 for other visitors.
