How to Get to Loutro

From Chania: Take a bus or drive to the village of Chora Sfakion (about 1.5 hours by car). From there, catch a ferry to Loutro, which takes around 20 minutes. Ferries run multiple times a day, particularly during the high season.
On Foot: For those who enjoy hiking, there’s a scenic trail from Chora Sfakion to Loutro. The hike takes about 2-3 hours along the coast, offering beautiful views of the sea and rugged cliffs. Remember to bring plenty of water, especially in the summer months.
By Sea Taxi: If you prefer a private ride, local sea taxis are also available from Chora Sfakion. This is a great option if you want a direct route or are traveling with a group.
