This is my favourite sauna in Wanaka. It's tucked away on the shores of Lake Hāwea, so as you're enjoying the heat, you look out onto the lake & mountains - absolutely stunning. The sessions are 3 x 15 minute rounds in the sauna, with an optional lake dip in between. The lake is freezing all year round, it is the perfect spot for a cold plunge! It's always such a nice vibe - the staff are lovely and I've met many friends at this sauna. You can enjoy a tea after the session as you soak in the views. Definitely worth going to, especially after a big day out in the hills (FYI, it's on the way back from Isthmus Peak 👀). Enjoy!!
