Belgrano's Sarmiento Historical Museum is a museum dedicated to Argentine history, focusing on President Domingo Faustino Sarmiento. Housed in a beautiful Italian-style mansion built in 1873, the museum showcases Sarmiento's personal belongings and furniture collected during his travels.

It also features sections on Nicolás Avellaneda and the revolution of 1880. With its rich collection and historical significance, the museum offers visitors a glimpse into Argentina's past through the life and legacy of Sarmiento.

Hours:

  • Tuesday through Sunday (& Holidays) - 11 am to 7 pm

  • Guided tours: Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays at 3 pm
