Estancia Los Dos Hermanos is a family-owned ranch just an hour away from downtown Buenos Aires in nearby Zarate.

Gaucho day tours are quite common in the countryside here but each estancia (ranch) offers something unique. The strength in Los Dos Hermanos lies in its horseback rides. There are two rides, one in the morning on arrival and again in the afternoon.

Typically, ranches offer one ride in the morning. If you're really interested in riding, regardless of your experience level, Estancia Los Dos Hermanos is your best option. There are horses for all skill levels, so when you reserve be honest about your experience and they'll pair you with the best horse possible.

After your first ride the group will sit together for a traditional asado lunch, family style. There's an hour to rest, so bring a book or your swimsuit to jump in the pool. The afternoon ride is optional. You can stay and relax by the pool or go on the ride. I recommend the ride!
