In all honesty, there is a lot roadside viewpoints on the Ruta de los 7 Lagos that can be skipped. But this is not one of them.

The view of Lago Correntoso here is stunning and depending on the lighting it can vary. See the two photos above for proof. I personally love it on a moody cloudy day.

There is a parking lot with ample room to pull off of the road safely. Stop and enjoy the view here.
