El Santa Evita is a Peron themed restaurant in Palermo Soho. If you saw Somebody Feed Phil and you watched Phil try empanadas with a Peron enthusiast... this is where you need to go. The chef in that show has since opened this restaurant and the menu is fantastic.

The owner is from Jujuy and he has brought dishes from Argentina's Northwest for this menu. The empanadas are the star but I also would like to throw my hat in the ring for their Humita, a creamed corn stew. I don't always like it but I love the Humita at El Santa Evita.
