The stone Cathedral of Our Lady of Nahuel Huapi is just a few steps from the main square, the Centro Civico. It's a Catholic Cathedral surrounded by beautiful gardens right on the Nahuel Huapi Lake.

Built between 1942 and 1944 in Gothic Revival style with French influences, it features intricate stained glass windows added in 1947.

Architect Alejandro Bustillo (the namesake of the city's most important avenue) generously offered his design for free, adding to the cathedral's charm and historical significance.
