The Molino Harinero de Dolavon (Dolavon's flour mill) was built in 1927 to process the wheat harvested by the Welsh settlers in the region

Visiting the flour-mill museum gives you the most insight into the Welsh settlers’ way of life: their agriculture (wheat), their milling, their use of water-canals and technologies adapted to the rough life of Patagonia.

The museum links the built heritage (mill, canals, buildings) with cultural heritage (Welsh identity) and economic history (colonial agriculture). It also remains very much as it was originally built.

Restaurant: In the building's patio there is a restaurant serving pasta, artisinal beer, and other regional foods. Check their Instagram page for up to date hours.
