Mirador Lago Machónico is one of the many photo stops along the Ruta de los 7 Lagos. There is a large parking lot to pull of the road safetly.

Read the informative sign to see which mountain peaks you see in the distance.

Respect the barriers and do not cross over for a better view. I see tourists step over them every time I'm on the 7 Lakes Route but don't forget they're there to keep you from slipping down the stony face of the mountain. Don't be that tourist.

This is a quick but beautiful stop along the route. Take your photos and continue along the drive.
