Patagotitan mayorum is the largest dinosaur ever discovered. This enormous life size statue is at the entrance to Trelew on Ruta 3. Don't worry, you can't miss it.

The Patagonia Dino: Fossils of Patagotitan mayorum were discovered at Estancia La Flecha in the southern part of Río Chubut watershed, near the locality of Las Plumas. So it wasn't discovered right here in Trelew but it was found nearby, around 260 kilometers away.
