Looking for a place to eat in the heart of Microcentro can feel challenging - there are plenty of fast food spots and plenty of pizzerias, but what if you want a good sit down meal?

El Establo is a classic, and old school parrilla. Duck inside for a good no-frills steak. They're known for their top-tier steaks like bife de chorizo (NY strip), ojo de bife (ribeye), bife de lomo (tenderloin), and tiras de asado (short ribs), all grilled to juicy perfection. For a starter order chorizo sausage, chinchulines (grilled intestines), empanadas, and/or massive provoleta cheese.
