The Ruca Malen Bridge is a bridge over the Ruca Malen River (I know you bought this map for such great insider knowledge).

The old bridge has become a popular photo stop for many since the old broken down wooden bridge of the old highway is so photogenic. Find a spot before or after the bridge to pull over and snap your photo.

You'll be driving over the new bridge so if you want to get close you can find a path to scurry downhill to the river's shore to see the ruins of the old bridge up close. Be careful on your way down, and especially while parked by the road. Cars fly down this highway, do not linger in the road.

🚫No diving: In summer, avoid the temptation to dive or jump into the water below. It's unsafe and forbidden.
