Lago Nahuel Huapi is the massive lake that Bariloche is built around. It's omnipresent, wherever you are in Bariloche you will see or feel Nahuel Huapi.
At some point, you will also hopefully be in, on, or gliding across its waters.
Here are some recommended activities to spend half a day exploring Lago Nahuel Huapi:
Kayak - The most fun way to be active in Bariloche (except for hiking) is to kayak on its lakes. Kayaking excursions will be on Lago Nahuel Huapi or one of the many other lakes in the area, depending on the guide and day's weather.
Sailing Excursion - If you want more relax and less action, kick back on a sailboat for the day. This is the best way to see secluded beaches and quiet corners of the lake, bring wine and snacks if the tour doesn't include them!
🦕 Legend has it... that a mythical creature lives in the waters, keep your eyes on the horizon to see if you can catch a glimpse of Nahuelito coming up for air
