There are plenty of parking along side the road on either side. Be careful when crossing the road. The road is full of curves here and cars come around them quickly. Scurry across to the benches and deck for photos.

The early bird gets the worm: If you're an early riser... For the best light for photos and no crowds, come early in the morning. I came by before a morning hike one day at 7 am, the whole route was empty. I sat alone with a coffee at this photo spot for a while in complete silence.
