Lobería Puerto Pirámides is a free to visit sea lion colony just outside of Puerto Piramides. While you can technically walk there, I recommend driving.

The colony is down below the cliffs at water level and you can watch them from the various viewing decks perched atop the cliffs above them. I love watching them swim gracefully before clumsily climb out of the water.

You can also easily spot whales from here so bring your binoculars to get a good view of them. They'll be easy to find, just spot the whale watching boats in the water!
