You can't walk through Buenos Aires (and especially Palermo) these days without smelling the fumes of a specialty flat white.

Cuervo Café was the original cafe de especialidad, the first on the scene.

They brought this new wave of cafes into Buenos Aires and they remain my favorite of the many now on offer. You'll find many locations throughout the city. The atmosphere is purposefully cozy, with a focus on the playlist and the feel of the space.

Now they're starting to turn their attention onto high quality pastry to match their coffee, so you can expect a full experience here.
