El Lago de Regatas is one of 4 lakes within the greater, enormous Parque 3 de Febrero (better known as the Bosques de Palermo parks). This is the northernmost lake and in my opinion, the most beautiful corner of the park. In fact, it feels like a different park altogether, which shows the immensity of the 3 de Febrero park.

The cobblestone path surrounding the lake is great a walk and there is a lot of shade here, making it an ideal respite from the summer sun. In fall, I love the foliage here.
