I stumbled upon this hike while looking for places to visit near Minehead. We walked from the gravel carpark in Luccome and walked all the way along the road until we found a sign to a foot path. Like other moorland the weather was extremely unpredictable, but we managed to avoid the rain for the most part. The aim was to walk up to this unusual pyramid shaped monument then walk back along the foot path. There were ponies and you could see the sea in the distant. It was very peaceful and not a single sole to be seen walking.
