Kings garden is one of the breathing pulses of Copenhagen. We Danes come here to unwind and relax on the many big lawns while reading a book or enjoying beer and takeaway food.

Students gather here in the afternoon and get tipsy and play garden games.

If you are enjoying beer or soda here don't be surprised if a guy with a big plastic bag approaches you. He just wants to take your empty bottles as we have a recycling system in Denmark that gives you a cent per bottle or can deliver back to the store.

When living in Copenhagen we would walk this par at least three times a week on our afternoon/evening walks.
