Here we have the danish mehka of street food.

Reffen is located on the island Amager across the kissing bridge of New harbor in central Copenhagen.

This place is no hidden gem and you most likely have heard of it while researching Copenhagen.

But we can't ignore the fact that its a great place to hang out. We usually go overboard when visiting Reffen.

There is simply too much good food to eat.

But have in mind that this doest really represent authentic Danish cuisine at all. This is a modern take on street food that even we Danes are getting familiar with.

We suggest that you walk there from either (Christianshavn metro station) or from (Kgs Nytorv metro station). It's a 20-30 minute walk but it's worth it.
