This Street used to be a rough place to hang out. It is known to be "The Red Light District" of Denmark and all tho this is a hot and hip location to raise a family today you'll still find a lot of erotic stores and from time to time even the "Ladies of the night" walking the streets.

Nowadays the hipsters and higher middle class of Denmark lives here and the neighborhood is blooming with lots of small boutiques, cafes and coffee shops.

In fact it is quite normal to watch a mom walking with her child in a stoller wearing fancy clothes next to a prostitute standing on her “corner”.

You won't find any judgment here and should therefore also walk the street open minded.
