Hi and welcome! I’m so happy you got your hands on my Finland guide! 🤗 I’m Damon, born and raised here in Finland, and after 31 years of living here, I can tell you: Finland never stops surprising me.

Finland is so much more than Lapland, Santa Claus and the northern lights and that's why I wanted to create the map for you. To help you finding lesser known or even hidden gems from this big country! Oh and talk about the saunas.. We have so many of them! You could spend the rest of your life trying out new saunas every day here.

You’ll find everything from the most beautiful fells in Lapland, wild national parks to cozy old towns, places to eat, crystal clear lakes, saunas and cool urban spots in Helsinki. Whether you're into hiking, road tripping, sauna hopping, or just visiting for a day or two — it’s all here for you to explore at your own pace.
