Lake Sils is a breathtakingly beautiful lake near St Moritz. This little peninsula is a perfect spot to capture photos of the golden larch trees reflected in the water.

You can park or take the bus to Plaun da Lej, where you'll find a restaurant and boat dock. It's a short walk to the small forested knoll along the water, where you can wander to different photo spots in the forest. You could quickly snap some pics and be out of there in 10 minutes. Or you could wander around to all the little corners for a good hour like I did.

There are a few benches and picnic area with a fire pit.
