Please check the opening hours as it might be closed in case of strong wind or very bad weather. Important! You can pay only by having coins. Next to the elevator there is a machine that can exchange CHF10 and CH20 bills. How to get to the elevator? By car: Access from Tour Plein-Ciel parking lot, Chemin du Sommet 8, 1803 Chardonne. From the parking lot, walk up to the Tower on a tarmac road. Distance 1.4 km / Time approx. 25 minutes. The Tour Plein-Ciel parking lot has a playground and picnic area. By public transport: Take the Vevey - Mont-Pèlerin funicular up to Mont-Pèlerin station. Then a 1-hour walk along a mainly forested path to the Tour Plein-Ciel. The footpath to Tour Plein-Ciel starts just before the "La Maison du Pèlerin", 200m upstream from the funicular station.
