Wat Pho in Bangkok, Thailand is a stunning Buddhist temple complex and is known fondly as the Temple of the Reclining Buddha. This temple complex is one of six that are cited as highest grade of first-class royal temples and is associated with King Rama I who built it when his palace was near it. Inside this wondrous temple you can find the largest collection of Buddha images in Thailand, along with beautiful marble illustrations and inscripts recognized by UNESCO. With its tranquil gardens, it is the site of traditional Thai massage and also houses a school for such teachings. The Wat Pho temple complex is definitely something to behold!
