Message from Ilana Buhl

Grundtvig's Church, located in Copenhagen, Denmark, is a unique example of expressionist church architecture. Designed by Peder Vilhelm Jensen-Klint, the church stands out for its striking west façade and impressive bell tower. With a capacity of 1,440 seats, the interior features Gothic-inspired elements and two organs, including one with the longest organ pipe in Scandinavia. The church, surrounded by flanking buildings, is open to visitors year-round and hosts concerts on its great Marcussen organ.
