Andersen & Maillard is one of my favorite bakeries in Copenhagen. They have multiple locations, so if you happen to come across one, definitely go in for a pastry!! The croissant cubes are super popular, but I can never resist their chocolate croissant or a BMO (bolle med ost, aka a bun with butter and cheese).
