From June 20 to September 2, 2025. Parks Canada is offering free admission, so you do not need to purchase a pass. IF you've already purchased a pass for these dates, you will be partially refunded automatically. (https://parks.canada.ca/voyage-travel/conseils-tips/choisis-canada-choose/admission-camping)

For other dates, Purchase your Parks Canada pass online before arriving to save time and avoid lineups at park gates. Whether you’re getting a daily pass or the annual Discovery Pass, buying in advance lets you head straight into the park without stopping at an entrance station. This is especially useful during peak season when entry points like Banff and Jasper can be busy. You can purchase your pass directly from the official Parks Canada website at parks.canada.ca/passes. Just print it or keep a digital copy on your phone to display when asked—it’s quick, easy, and one less thing to worry about on your trip.

Daily Passes are available at: https://www.banfflakelouise.com/park-pass-purchase

Annual Discovery Passes are available at: https://parks.canada.ca/voyage-travel/admission
