PARK Distillery Restaurant + Bar offers a unique dining experience with campfire-inspired cuisine and handcrafted spirits distilled on-site. Their menu features locally sourced ingredients cooked over wood fires, creating a cozy and rustic atmosphere perfect for gathering with friends.

They also offer a 30 minute distillery tour which costs $0.25 and you can also add on a craft spirits tasting for $15. If you have the budget and are interesting in making your own gin, you can add this on for $75 (also includes the spirits tasting) which lasts around an hour. There is also a free Banff Cocktail Trail where you learn how award-winning spirits are made. This has to be reserved ahead of time.
