Crowfoot Glacier is a mountain glacier which can be easily seen from the Icefields Parkway and is situated on the northeastern side of Crowfoot Mountain. It is in between Bow Lake & Hector Lake and cannot be missed. It's a quick roadside stop quite early on in the Icefields Parkway drive which will literally make you go "OMG imagine how much snow is up there!".
The glacier has retreated since the Little Ice Age, losing one lobe along the way. Despite its changes, it still provides water to the Bow River.
