The Banff Upper Hot Springs offers relaxing soak in natural mineral-rich waters and has been open since 1886. It is located among the stunning Rundle and Cascade Mountains. Parking is limited and it is recommend to take transit (you can hop on route 1 "Sulphur Mountain" from downtown Banff).
We would not recommend going here if you only have limited time in Banff as there's so much more you can see, but if you love hot springs, feel free to add this to your itinerary.
It's open daily, even on holidays, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., with the last entry at 9:30 p.m. and you can rent a swimsuit and towel for just 2 dollars each!
