The Cascade of Time Gardens is a charming spot located in the heart of Banff town. It has beautiful flora, ponds, and winding paths. It's perfect place for a leisurely stroll or to simply soak up the mountain air. Whether you're a plant enthusiast or just looking for a relaxing activity, this free attraction is definitely worth a visit during your time in Banff. Just remember to bring your National Park Pass and maybe some comfy shoes for those uneven stairs!

While the gardens themselves are free (entry is included with the banff entry), parking can be limited, especially during peak tourist season. It's advisable to use public transit or walk to the gardens to avoid parking challenges.
