The Archeological Park of Catazho is a unique and fascinating area located in the Amazonian region of Ecuador. Here, visitors can explore the mysterious petroglyphs - rock engravings with images of human-like figures, animals, and geometric shapes - which have been left by centuries-old indigenous cultures. The park also contains the Campo Alegre Recreational Area, where visitors can interact with nature and enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal clear waters. You can also view a variety of plants and animal species, such as helechos epiphytes, guatusa, guantas, birds, and much more. The moderate temperature ranges between 18°C and 20°C, making for an enjoyable exploration of this historic land.
