Ritigala Strict Nature Reserve is a protected area in Sri Lanka covering 1,528 hectares of land. Managed by the Department of Wildlife and Forest Department, it's home to diverse plant communities like dry mixed evergreen forests, disturbed forests, short-stature forests, rock outcrop plant communities, and scrub. With its unique vegetation and rich biodiversity, this reserve offers a haven for various species to thrive in their natural habitat.
