Located in Prague’s Old Town, Baraqa is serving up some of the best Georgian food in the city since 1994! With its authentic flavors and generous portions, Baraqa has quickly become one of my favorites!
I recommend you to try the:
🌶️ Vegetable mix: spinach, beetroots, peppers and eggplants filled with a walnut puree of walnuts and traditional Georgian spices.
🧀 Penovani Khachapuri: a traditional Georgian cheese bread, with a flaky crust.
🥟 Khinkali: juicy dumplings filled with savory meat or cheese, best enjoyed by biting a small hole and sipping the broth before devouring the rest.
🍗 Chizhi Bizhi: a hearty stew, brimming with tender meat, cheese and aromatic spices.
🧀 Cheese platter: a variety of Georgian cheeses, each boasting its own unique flavor profile.
