La Bodega 138 is a Cusco staple, a lively spot serving wood-fired pizzas, fresh pasta, and hearty comfort food. It’s a go-to for travelers and locals alike when they’re craving something cozy after long days of hiking or exploring.

We went more than once, and the star of the show for us was the Leo XIV pizza, a perfect balance of flavors that made us instant regulars. The atmosphere is warm, bustling, and casual, and it’s one of those places that always hits the spot.

Pro Tip: Go early or be prepared to wait. It’s popular, especially in the evenings. They also do to-go orders.
