Hotel Paracas is the most nicest place to stay in the area, part of Marriott’s Luxury Collection. The resort sits right on the water with multiple pools, a spa, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Rooms are spacious and modern, with balconies or terraces that make it easy to relax after a day exploring the desert and sea.

We used our Marriott Bonvoy points to stay here and loved it. The onsite restaurant was excellent. Not just “good for a hotel,” but genuinely delicious, with a mix of fresh seafood and Peruvian classics. Another highlight was arranging a private boat tour to the Ballestas Islands directly through the hotel, which made the whole experience seamless.

It felt like the perfect balance to our adventurous days in Paracas: luxury, comfort, and outstanding service.

Pro Tip: If you’re a Marriott Bonvoy member, this is one of the best redemptions in Peru. Use points if you can, and plan at least one non-touring day to enjoy the resort itself.
