I haven't seen many pictures of this spot before but it's a rock bridge / caved located in Hellnar on the Snæfellsnes peninsula. You can both see it from the ground (slippery rocks, depending on how close you want to go) and you can hike up there in look down into it (careful!).

QUICK NOTES:

  • What it is: A cool rock bridge / cave in Snæfellsnes.

  • Best season: Any (but hard to walk on the rocks or hike on top during winter).

  • Best time of day: Any.

  • Nice to know: When the tide is just right you'll get big splashing waves coming into the cave.
