A good spot to see seals chilling on the rocks in Skötufjörður, Westfjords. Best time to see them is around low tide, that's when they get up on the rocks and relax.

QUICK NOTES:

  • What it is: A great spot with a small viewing platform to see seals in Skötufjörður, Westfjords.

  • Best season: Any.

  • Best time of day: From 2 hours before until 2 hours after low tide is the best time, that's when they're chilling on the rocks.

  • Nice to know: There's a great little gem called Litli Bær that serves waffles and coffee just a minute a way.
