Hoffell is a beautiful area including Hoffellsjökull Glacier and its lagoon. There's plenty to explore and discover in this region and you can easily spend a day hiking the area!

  • What it is: An area with a glacier, lagoon and many hiking possibilities.

  • Best season: Any.

  • Best time of day: Any.

  • Nice to know: It's easy to reach the main viewpoint from the parking lot. For a higher vantage point you can also hike up the mountain/cliffs on the east side.
