Mt. Kirkjufell is one of Iceland's most famous mountains and this waterfall definitely plays a role!

QUICK NOTES:

  • What it is: Small waterfalls by the iconic mountain Kirkjufell in Snæfellsnes, West Iceland.

  • Best season: Any.

  • Best time of day: During summer it gets busy there so I'd aim for early sunrise or late sunset. It's always pretty though.

  • Nice to know: Make sure you walk all the way to the end of the small trail for some different view points.
