We were really impressed by Ascend Vegetarian, a restaurant located in the MRT area below Esplanade Xchange 🤗

The whole concept felt fun and different.

You get a bowl and tongs, then build your own mix from the fridge, choosing from a wide variety of ingredients like vegetarian shrimp, lotus root, mushrooms, tofu, noodles, and fresh vegetables 🥦🥕

After everything is weighed and paid for, you choose one of four broths, and they prepare your personalized soup fresh for you 🍜
