A sheltered saltwater lagoon near La Savina that almost no tourists know about. The water is warm, shallow, has zero waves, and the bottom is sandy — the safest swimming spot on the island for babies and toddlers. Local families bring their kids here instead of the famous beaches. There are small rocky beaches around the lagoon's edges where you can set up for the day. Small fishing boats bob in the water, and you can see across to La Savina on one side and the open sea on the other. A couple of waterfront restaurants overlook the lagoon (Cafe del Lago is the best). No sun lounger rentals — bring your own setup. Also a great spot for kayaking or paddle boarding if you bring your own or rent in La Savina. Perfect for a calm morning when you want relaxation instead of a beach adventure.
