One of Formentera's most iconic restaurants, housed in a converted 19th-century salt mill overlooking the Ses Illetes peninsula. Panoramic views of the turquoise water and anchored yachts. Fine Mediterranean seafood, an excellent wine list, and the signature homemade ice cream. Their lobster stew and squid ink paella are regulars' favorites. This is the splurge lunch — expect €80–100+ per person with wine. The setting is worth every euro: elevated above the beach, sea breeze, white tablecloths, and a view that rivals anywhere in the Mediterranean. Book 2–3 days ahead minimum. Open for lunch only (two sittings: 1 PM and 4 PM in high season). Also offers a free dinghy pickup for guests arriving by yacht. Dress code is smart casual — no swimwear at the table.
